Our custom-designed storage units are proven to offer protection from all manner of hazards, including vermin, dust or weather, as well as knocks and bumps.
Any goods that you decide to store with us need to fit in a suitable crate and be securely packaged. Fragile items can be stored safely, provided they're appropriately packaged. Note that we can't guarantee the temperature of our warehouse at all times, but do have insulation and HVAC in place that prevents temperature extremes.
For the safety of all our customers, there are a few things we won’t accept for storage. These include any hazardous chemicals, any living things, such as plants or animals, firearms, aerosols and foodstuffs.
For safety reasons, machinery that may contain fluids such as petrol, oil, or diesel can't be stored at our facility. We also can't store bonded goods, hazardous goods or goods that can only be legally stored subject to specific requirements, such as firearms.

Our premises are fitted with high-grade security (including cameras, an alarm and a controlled entry system). This makes it extremely difficult for anyone to gain unauthorised access.

It depends on how much you need to bring. We’re happy for you to roll up in your ute or with a trailer, but if transporting your stuff is going to be tricky, then we can organise one of our fleet of specially designed vehicles to come and collect your belongings. Remember that when you store with us, you can make multiple journeys to drop your items off. If you're completing a move over several days, for example, we can accept several consignments - there's no need to drop everything off at once.
We accept freighted goods, provided they're securely packed and are accompanied by appropriate paperwork. This should include a full inventory of the goods, as well as any necessary permissions and clearances if the goods have travelled in from outside the country.

If you need additional access to your belongings outside of office hours, be sure to give us a call, and we will see if we can accommodate out-of-hours access. We can’t always guarantee that we will be able to provide access outside of our standard business hours when you need it, however, the sooner you get in touch with us to ask, the more we will be able to accommodate your needs.
The minimum period that we offer self-storage solutions for is one month. If you are after a shorter stay, you can get in touch with our friendly team who will determine if there is any way we can accommodate your needs. We do not have a maximum storage period that you can book. As long as your storage shed is paid for on time every month you can leave your belongings in storage for as long as you would like. This is perfect if you are planning on heading overseas and are not sure how long you will be gone.
